Retreat Policies
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. The only exception is if Ignite Your Spark Retreats needs to cancel the retreat due to low attendance or uncontrollable circumstances.
Payments: Payments must be made within 10 days of the payment dates. If payments are not made within that window the attendees spot may be released with no refund of deposit. All payments made are 50% refundable minus deposit within 90 days of retreat start. Less then 90 days payments are non-refundable.
Retreat Cancellations: In the event a retreat is cancelled due to but not limited to illness, pandemic, natural disaster, Ignite Your Spark Retreats will do their best to reschedule retreat dates. If rescheduling is unavailable reimbursement of all expenses will be provided by attendee’s travel insurance.
Travel Insurance: For international retreats, all attendees must obtain travel insurance. Proof of Insurance must be provided 90 days prior to retreat start. Travel insurance can be shopped and compared via https://www.squaremouth.com/
